1.Who said “ The camera gave me the license to strip away what you want people to know about you, to reveal what you can’t help people knowing about you”, and when was it said?

This quote was said by Diane Arbus around 80s. She was stipping people from the fears and problems, and she was photographing them as she felt some connection to them. I believe as she was shooting others,in some ways she also stripped her own personality.

2.Do photographers tend to prey on vulnerable people?

Recently it was a subject of great debates, although i believe photographers are always looking of taking advantage of some unfortunately events and vulnerable people. Those images tend to get viewer’s attention quickly and more reflection on the idea as well.

Wood was a boy that Diane Arbus photographed in 1962 in Central Park in New York. 

4.Why do you think Diane Arbus committed suicide?

I believe that Arbus had too many things on her mind, and as she couldn't completely freely express herself it became too heavy baggage to carry.

5.Why and how did Larry Clark shoot “Tulsa”?

It was more as a diary, as he was shooting his and his friends everyday life.

6.Try to explain the concept of “confessional photography”, and what is the “impolite genre”?

Confessional photography- is all about getting a look at someone, and catching a glimpse of its personality in one picture.

Impolite genre- is a kind of 'nasty thing that no one wants to know about'

7.What will Araki not photograph, and why?
Araki said that he takes photographs of moments that he wants to remember, so he won't shoot what's not worth remembering.
